Ordered from Anycubic and never got my items, no one will respond

I placed an order on the website anycubic.com. It was for an online purchase. The total came to $500. The money came out of my account.

But they never shipped anything. There's been no shipment at all. I tried to get help but there's no customer service. I sent emails and got no response to any of them. There's been no communication whatsoever. I can't get a reply or find out where my order is.
