Tax preparer forged my return and sent it to her own account

I used Shana Thomas from Aone Financial Group to do my taxes. She refused to give me a copy of my tax return after she finished it. That should have been a red flag but I didn't think much of it at the time.

Then I found out she forged documents and sent my tax return to her personal bank account instead of to me. I lost $2000 because of this. Her phone number is (407) 334-1418 and her email is [email protected]. The address she used is 722 North Hastings Street, Orlando, FL 32808.

She just took my money and I have no idea what else she did with my information. This is identity theft plain and simple.
