Online ad for dentures showed something totally different than what arrived

I saw this all over the internet, they show the product working great and looking real. So I ordered it. When I got it, it was just two pieces of tape with teeth on them. Nothing like what they show in the video for up and down dentures.

They say check out the video and if you don't like it you get a refund. But there is no info how to get that refund. I tried the email [email protected] and their website but nothing. I lost $62 on this.
