Ordered from ApeBornFitness and they won't refund after fake delivery

I bought something from their website ApeBornFitness.com. Right after I regretted it so I tried to cancel my order. I sent them emails and text messages over and over asking to cancel. They just ignored my emails and then told me it was already shipped.

They used a shipping company called UniUni. The tracking said it was delivered at my neighbor's house. I went to my neighbor and asked but it wasn't there. So I told them I never got it and asked for my money back. They said no because the tracking shows delivered. So now I'm out 123 dollars and I don't have the product.
