Bought a Groupon deal and got charged for a year without signing up

I bought a car wash coupon from Groupon for Greenwich Auto Spa back in September 2025. Then out of nowhere they started charging me every month from October 2025 until June 2026 for a car wash membership I never signed up for. I’ve been going back and forth with my credit card company trying to get the money back for all those charges.

I tried calling the business to sort it out but they just don’t answer or respond to any messages. When I disputed it with my credit card, the business wouldn’t even cooperate or tell them what make and model my car is. So they couldn’t prove I even had a car there. Total scam, stay away. Lost about $335.
