Ordered peptides and they keep asking for more money for "delivery insurance"

I placed an order for peptides from ApexPeptidesTherapeutics.com. The total came to $578. The day my order was supposed to be delivered, I got a message saying they couldn't deliver it.

They said I had to pay an extra "delivery insurance" fee. It was hundreds of dollars more. I didn't pay it. Then they tried to get me to pay even more money after that. It felt really off.

The phone number they use is (402) 210-4212. Their email is [email protected]. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. You pay for a product and then they want more money to actually send it.
