Ordered a comfort set that never arrived, tracking says delivered

I ordered a Comfrt set from apoinde.com as a gift. The money came out, $30. My order never showed up. I contacted the seller through email. They were very responsive and promised to send another set. That one never arrived either.

The tracking for both packages says the items were delivered. I definitely did not receive any packages. Customer service was quick to reply, I’ll give them that. But I’m sure it’s just AI. Lesson learned, I guess.
