Job offer came too fast with no real person to talk to

I applied for a job and got an offer letter in like an hour. That just felt off you know. No one ever called me or anything it was all just through email.

The phone number they gave me (800) 674-3271 was out of service when I tried to call. Their website is appenusa.com and the email came from [email protected]. They said they were in Kirkland, WA. I never talked to a single real human through the whole thing. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt strange.
