Job offer after 10 minute chat interview felt off

I applied for a remote CSR W-2 position and they offered me the job after just a 10 minute chat interview. The website, appenusatalent.com, looked pretty convincing at first. The whole thing just didn't feel right to me.

I ended up rejecting the offer letter and let them know I would be reporting them. Their address is listed as 12131 113th Ave NE Suite in Kirkland, WA. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to warn people not to apply. The phone number they used was (425) 979-2123 and the email was [email protected]. Just seems too good to be true for a real job.

Remote job offer from Appen USA turned out to be fake

I got an email from [email protected] offering me a remote job with Appen USA. The pay was 30.00 an hour which sounded really good. The offer letter looked okay at first but something felt off about it. So I googled "Appen USA" and found out it's a scam. The website is https://appenusatalent.com/job-offer-download/25018/c49871025a4ccb5237818475c241... Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it. I didn't lose any money but still.

Job listing for text chat work asked for all my personal info

I was looking online for text chat jobs and this one popped up. It said Appen so I thought it was legit. I gave them all my sensitive information before I realized something was off.

Their website is appenusatalent.com and the email was [email protected]. I feel stupid now. Just don't do it if you see this.

I didn't lose any money but they have everything else. Be careful out there.

Job offer letter that turned out to be a scam

I got an offer letter from this company and I thought it was real so I accepted it. I was pretty excited about getting the job honestly.

But then I decided to look into it more and I read online that it’s a scam. The phone number they use is 1(425) 979-2123 and the website is appenusatalent.com. Their address says alent 12131 113th Ave NE Suite in Kirkland WA.

I didn’t lose any money but it still feels weird. I just wanted to put this out there.

Job offer after a chatbot interview that felt off

I applied for a job and they used an automated chatbot for the interview. That was weird enough, but then they sent me an offer letter right after. No real person talked to me at all.

Their website is appenusatalent.com and the email they used was [email protected]. They also have an address in Kirkland, WA. The phone number they gave was 1(425) 979-2123. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt strange. No real interview, just a bot and then a letter.

Job offer from Appen USA Talent felt like a scam from the start

I applied for a job and then got an email about next steps. It let me talk to someone who said they were an HR rep or hiring manager, a woman named Carla Gutierrez. Her email was [email protected].

The whole thing felt off. They had a website at appenusatalent.com and an address in Kirkland, WA, 12131 113th Ave NE Suite. The phone number they gave was 1(425) 979-2123. I didn't lose any money but it didn't feel right so I stopped. No company name on the email really made me wonder.

Job offer came way too fast after an AI interview

I applied for a job and within an hour they sent me an offer. The whole interview was done through some AI thing online, it didn't feel right. I never talked to a real person.

They used the website appenusa.com/careers and the email was [email protected]. Their address is in Kirkland, WA 98034. The phone number they listed was (425) 979-2123. I didn't lose any money but it just seemed off how fast they wanted to hire me.

Applied for a job, got an offer, then found out it's a known scam.

I applied for a remote job at AppenUSA.com. I went through the whole process, took a bunch of screening tests, and actually got a job offer. They sent me a letter to set up a profile on their portal.

But before I did anything else, I decided to check up on them. I found out this company, Appen USA Talent, has been scamming people looking for jobs for years. They pretend to be 'Appen.com' to trick people. Looking back, I thought it was weird they asked how I wanted to get paid during the interview—like by bank, credit card, or check. That seemed off.

Now I'm thinking if I had said to pay me by mail instead of direct deposit, maybe I wouldn't have even gotten the offer. I didn't go through with any onboarding. I sent an email to [email protected] and told them to delete all my personal information and that I was withdrawing my application. They never even replied.

Keeps emailing me to finish onboarding even after I told them they're called a scam

I keep getting approached to finish an onboarding with this company Appen USA Talent. I wrote to them multiple times. I told them they are being called a scam online. They just ignore my information and keep sending emails telling me to finish my onboarding.

Luckily, because of other people online, I didn't lose any money. But someone needs to do something. From what I understand, you pay for one course for $37.00 or something, and then they ask for another $200.00. Please stop this.
