Job offer for remote chat role with no real company behind it

I got an email from [email protected] about a remote customer service chat job. The website was appenusa.com and honestly it looked pretty legit at first. They had a whole onboarding process that seemed real enough.

But something felt off. They kept asking for more personal info and the whole thing just didn’t sit right with me. I never paid anything or lost any money but I’m pretty sure this is a scam. Just a heads up for anyone else who gets something from them.
