Chat interview instead of Microsoft Teams then asked for money

I applied for a job and they scheduled an interview on Microsoft Teams but then did it through chat instead. That should have been a red flag I guess. They gave me a job offer and asked me to do I9 paperwork and upload my ID and social security number.

After I did all that they started asking me to pay for training certifications, equipment shipping, and IT software. I didn't send any money but it felt really strange. They had my personal info already from the I9 forms. The website is appenusatelnet.com.
