Our Apple ID got changed early in the morning with no warning

Someone changed our Apple ID without asking us. It happened super early before the store even opened and we never got a text or phone call about it. No heads up at all.

We didn't lose any money but its still scary. They got into our account and changed everything. The address they used was 9120sw hall blv in Portland OR 97223. I have no idea who did this or how. Just feels like our info is out there.
