They used my information to hire other people instead of me
I applied for a job and gave them all my personal information. My address, my phone number, my prior employers' numbers, my social security number, and my state ID. I even signed a compensation settlement form.
Someone from Apple One called me, a person named Debra. I told her she had called Kendra Nolan, and she acted like she was office personnel. She asked if I could come for an interview on April 17, 2026, at 10 AM, and I said yes. But the interview never happened. When I went into the room, there were two undocumented Chinese employees who just sat in an office for over 45 minutes.
So they used all my personal details to hire two illegal migrants from China. They didn't even apply for U.S. citizenship. I found out they even tried to file for workers compensation at the Employment Development Department on 130 E. Ortega Street in Santa Barbara using my social security number.
