Someone called pretending to be Apple and took $2400 from my bank

A person called me saying they were from Apple and told me I was being scammed. They said I had to move my money out of my bank to protect it. I don’t know how but they got my info through email somehow.

They took $1200 out two times from my Capital One account. It went to Cash App bitcoin. I didn’t even notice until I looked and saw my money was gone. The bank said it was a legitimate transaction so they won’t do anything.

The scammer also changed my email password and used my name to contact other people. They told me the money would be returned but then said there was a problem with my identity being verified. I tried calling the bank and they just said it went through fine. The number they called from was (609) 248-0355.
