Text about an Apple Store charge I never made

I got a text on 7/7/26 at 7:31 AM from something saying Apple Store in Orlando Florida. I never made any purchase. The text said it was an Apple ID Account Alert with a Case ID of 789145.

It said there was a $427.78 Apple Pay pre-authorization from an Apple Store in Orlando. And something about unusual sign-ins and device setups from unrecognized devices. It said if I authorized it it would process in 24 hours. If not I needed to call Apple Support at +1(888) 467-4630.

I did not call that number. It just felt strange. No company name on the text really just that number and the Orlando address. I did not lose any money but it scared me for a minute.
