Text saying my Apple account had a charge I didn't make

Got a text from someone saying they were Apple Support. It said there was a $379.63 charge for an iPhone 18 in Mexico City. I don't even know what an iPhone 18 is, that didn't sound right.

I called the number in the text, it was (830) 383-9516. The person on the phone had me scan something through Cash App. Next thing I know I sent $168 to bitcoin. Cash app says they can't get the money back once it goes to bitcoin.

So I'm out the money. No way to get it back.
