Tapped my card at Applebee's and someone took all my savings

I went to eat out on the Fourth of July at Applebee's. I made a payment using tap pay for 131.89. Once I left the restaurant the next morning my account was hacked.

One of Applebee's employees took all my savings in the amount of 417 and was able to deposit 413 into an account by the name navy donation online portal. I never authorized any transactions in this amount. I filed a police report. I have a receipt that ends in a card number that isn't mine. Applebee's was the last location I used my card.
