Got a pre-approved loan voicemail I never asked for

I got a voicemail from someone named Nor Smith. He said he was from the approval division. The message said they got me pre-qualified for a personal loan up to $45,000. The monthly payment would be $375.

He said approval slots are filling up quickly and it won't last forever. He asked for a quick reply and left a phone number, 315-215-8143. He repeated the number twice in the message.

I never contacted any approval division about a loan. I don't know how they got my number or my information to say I was pre-qualified. It just felt off getting an unsolicited call like that about a large loan.
