Ordered a shirt from Facebook ad and they won't refund me

I ordered a t-shirt using a link on Facebook to their website aproudtee.com. Everything was fine until the day it was supposed to be delivered. I got a notice saying the package was undeliverable because the address was not correct and it was sent back to the warehouse.

I checked my form and my address was filled out correctly. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. They told me to check with the delivery company. The tracking service was not USPS, UPS or FedEx. I emailed again demanding a refund and got the same reply. I emailed a 3rd time and told them I was going to report the scam.

They still didn't help me. I lost $33. Their email is [email protected].
