Five $100 charges I never approved and no phone number to call

I had five $100 online transactions taken from my debit card account. That’s $500 total. The company APT said I approved the transactions through text messages from my phone. But I never got any text messages. I never approved any transactions and I never used their service.

The company doesn’t even have a phone number to call. So I can’t talk to anyone about it. They just took the money and said I agreed to it. But I didn’t.
