Charged for six bottles when I only ordered one, now they won't refund my money

I thought I was getting one bottle of the glucose control stuff. It was supposed to be like $30.78 or close to that. But they charged me for six bottles. $299.70 came out of my account.

I returned it without even opening it. They got the bottles back. Now they say I need a Zelle account to get my money back. I don't want to do Zelle. I asked for a paper check and they just keep giving me the run around.

I've emailed them and called them so many times. This was back in December. I have all the emails. I did everything they asked me to do. Still nothing.
