Instagram reel led to a purchase that never showed up

I saw a reel on Instagram from @theaquaticblaster and it looked really cool so I clicked for more info. I made a purchase and even sent the link to all my friends because I thought the kids could have an amazing summer outside with it.

But nothing ever came. I paid $72 and that was it. No package, no tracking, no reply when I tried to figure out what happened. The website is aquaticblast.com and the email that came through was from some Shopify address. The phone number they had was (723) 795-0498 but I don't think it's real.

I just wanted the thing I ordered. Now I feel dumb for sharing it with everyone.
