Advertised a 30 day guarantee but then said I was 2 days late

They had this ad saying 30 day money back guarantee so I bought the product for $94. When I tried to return it they told me I was 2 days past the 14 day return policy. That is not what the ad said at all.

They said out of the goodness of their heart they would refund me $18.80. The product is junk I want my whole $94 back. I have emailed them over and over and they will not budge. Their website is aquozis-shop.byqinux.com and their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (218) 250-3200. I attached their ad to show what they promised.
