Calls about a payday loan I never took out from 2019

I first got a call in 2022 saying I owed a payday loan from 2019 for $700. I have never had a payday loan in my life. They had my new address, I had just bought a house. This was before I even officially reported my new address to creditors. I asked them to mail me about the debt but nothing came.

Today I received a call from ARC about the same 2019 payday loan. They said there was a payment of $125 made in 2023 on it. Now it was showing I owed $3,000 plus dollars. I told them this must be identity theft and they said they had a copy of my ID from the 2019 payday loan. I asked them to mail me and she said they did in June 2023. Then she said I had 72 hours to pay and hung up.
