Saw an ad on Instagram, paid over $170, and got nothing

I saw an ad for this company Arklen Official on Instagram. The website is arklenofficial.com. I placed an order and paid $171.19. The money came out of my account.

I never got any order confirmation or tracking info. I tried emailing their support at [email protected]. No one ever replied. There's no way to contact them. I just lost my money and got nothing for it.
