Ordered flowers online and the owner yelled at me when I tried to cancel
Right after, I got an email from them asking for the security code again. So I called the number and gave it to them.
Then they emailed back saying they needed the security code. Again. I called back and told them I already gave it to them twice.
When I said I wanted to cancel the order, the owner started yelling at me. He hung up on me while I was trying to cancel.
I checked the Yelp reviews later. It looks like this happens to other people too.
