Paid for a purchase online and never got anything

I thought I was buying from a good company, Armadillo. I paid $77 for a purchase on their website. I haven't gotten anything. The tracking link they gave me doesn't work. It's like it doesn't even exist.

I tried calling the phone number they have listed. No answer. I sent emails and they just bounce back, like they're undeliverable. I even tried the online chat on the site. Nothing. No response at all. I can't get a hold of anyone.
