Won an online auction but items were removed after I paid

I saw some items listed for online auction by Armitage Equipment. I placed a bid and won. After the auction was over, they removed some of the items that were originally included in the sale bill. So I didn't get everything I paid for.

I tried contacting them about it. I wanted my purchase price back, or some other way to fix this. They have a phone number and an email, [email protected]. But they just don't respond. No reply at all. It's like they took the items out of the sale and then ignored me.
