Ordered from Aroma360 and cannot cancel or get a reply

I bought something from Aroma360 and it was a fake service. I tried to cancel within 30 days but they just won't let me. I emailed them at [email protected] and called the number (305) 433-4869 and even sent texts. No one ever responds. They are in Florida, I think FL. I lost about $300. I just want my money back but nobody will talk to me.
