Charge on my card for an old Artlist subscription I cancelled years ago

I just found a $359.90 charge on my credit card from something called ARTLIST. We used to subscribe to them but cancelled years ago. I checked all our logins and there's no subscription or any confirmation email about it.

When I click the website from the charge it takes me to https://artid.tech/. I contacted them and they said it was ARTLIST or Amex's problem and that their website and address was on the card. But that's not how it works. I already reached out to both ARTLIST and Amex to report it as fraud. They are clearly running this scam - charging for items with the same name as common creative resources hoping a busy agency owner won't notice or will think it's from their actual partner.
