Ordered from Artispot two months ago and still nothing

I bought something from Artispot.com over two months ago. Paid through Shop payments, paid in full. Never got the item.

I emailed customer service and called the number on the site. The person on the phone said "oh! You have to call customer service" and gave me this number 800-765-4686. Called that and just kept getting put in a queue over and over. No one ever answered.

It's been two months now. No item, no refund, no reply to anything. Total scam.
