Ordered a custom license plate and got a blank one

I placed an order on Artistshot.com. What I was supposed to get was a license plate with text on it. It was supposed to be a black plate with words in a slightly different contrast, to make it a little harder to read. That's what I paid for.

What showed up was just a plain black license plate. Nothing printed on it at all. It's completely blank. This has to be false advertising just to make a profit. I didn't get what was shown or described.
