Ordered a flowy linen shirt and got a cheap printed one instead

I ordered a shirt from artsweary.com. The picture online showed a really nice flowy linen shirt with flowers that kind of stood out from the fabric. Looked nice. What I got was a cheap polyester thing. Way too big. And it had this ugly graphic print on it instead of the actual flowers. Not even close to what they showed.

I’ve emailed them multiple times at [email protected] asking for a refund. That’s the only way to contact them. No phone number or anything. They just don’t reply. I spent $39.98 and I’m stuck with this shirt I’ll never wear.

Ordered clothes that looked nothing like the pictures online

I ordered from artsweary.com and what I got was nothing like the photos or the description. Not even close. The day I got the items I emailed them every day for five days asking for a refund and where to send the stuff back.

They finally wrote back and said send pictures of the items and the packaging. So I did. Then I asked for an update and they said it was under review. Three days later they said they would only refund me 20%. I said no, that’s not okay, I want a full refund and a place to return everything. Then they came back and offered 40%. I said no to that too.

I already filed a dispute with my credit card company.
