Ordered two items in April and still waiting for a refund

I ordered two items on April 11, 2026. By early June I still hadn’t gotten anything so I complained. Artvera Studios replied and blamed the Post Office for the delay.

Today is June 17, 2026. I sent them an email asking for an immediate refund for the purchase. I have not gotten a reply back. No refund, no items, nothing.
