TikTok ad for yoga pants never showed up and they only refunded seven dollars

I saw this ad on TikTok for a multipack of yoga pants, seemed like a good deal so I ordered it. Cost me about $36. It never came. So I contacted their support and they said they would send it again, so I waited and that one never showed up either.

I asked them for a full refund. First they tried to give me a partial refund but I told them no I want all my money back. They said okay we will do the full refund. Then they only sent me $7. Just seven dollars. Now they won't answer my emails or anything.

Their website is arvellea.com and the email they used was [email protected]. Phone number they had was (704) 626-8076. I just want the rest of my money back.
