Ordered a heated eye mask that never shipped, then they canceled my refund
I started getting emails from [email protected] saying it was on backorder. They kept pushing the ship date back. I saw their return policy was 60 days from purchase, not from delivery, so it was about to run out. I asked for a refund since it hadn't even shipped. They agreed and said they started the refund, but then they just canceled it.
I called my credit card company. They told me Aryxx denied the refund and canceled it. I looked up reviews and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing—no product, no refund.
