App based in Germany charged me for a full year before I even used it

This app based out of Berlin, Germany steals your money. They started my "$35.99 12 month introductory price" before I even set-up my account. So I got a blind yearly charge before the year was up for services I had yet to even use.

They did not care and would not refund my money. Unfortunately, I waited too long (because they jerked me around via email, pretending to care and researching the issue) so I was not able to flag the charge as fraud! I never received the "free" nutrition guide either.

Don't waste your time. They have less than a 4's for a reason!
