Got a text about a job interview I never applied for

I got a text message from someone named Madi. She said she's an organizational recruiter with Ascend Strategy. The text thanked me for my application and wanted to schedule an in-person interview for the next morning between 8 and 8:30.

I never applied for a job with this Ascend Strategy. I don't know who they are. The number she gave to reply to was 267-916-3117. The whole thing felt off because I didn't send any application. It seemed like a scam to get me to show up somewhere. I just ignored it.
