Ordered Christmas trees and got charged monthly without permission

I bought some Christmas decorations, mini trees, from an online ad. Only two out of the eight I ordered ever showed up. And the ones that came were really poor quality, just cheap junk.

There wasn't even a customer service number to call about it. I just had to give up on the missing items.

Then I started seeing a charge on my card every month for $29.99. It's from a name like Ash and Cedar or Oak and Cedar. I never signed up for anything like that and I definitely didn't approve these charges. They just keep taking the money.
