Ordered and paid for a painting last May, never shipped and no refund

I bought an item from Ashcostelloscloset.com back in May 2024. The description said it would ship in July. It never did. I tried contacting them a bunch of times using the form on their website and got nothing back.

Then in 2025, the seller emailed someone else from a Gmail account and copied me. They gave some excuse about moving and said they'd send my order soon. After that, total silence again. I even tried messaging their Instagram account that they use to promote the site. No reply.

It's past the chargeback window now. I know of at least four other people who also never got their lyric painting. They just took our money.
