Caller threatening legal action over a Capital One account that isn't past due

Someone from Ashford Cline Associates has been calling my brother, my father, and my mother trying to get a hold of me. I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know but today I did.

The person on the phone said they were from Ashford Cline Associates and it was about a legal matter. They told me a Capital One account I had was past due from 2021. But my account with them is current. When I told the caller that, they threatened me with legal action. Their number is (833) 316-8024 and they gave an address in Little Rock, AR.
