Email saying I owe money or I will be arrested

I got an email from this address [email protected] saying I owe $2,500. They said if I don't pay they will have a warrant out for my arrest and take me to court. Also said they already notified my job to take money from my pay.

I don't even know who this is or what the debt is for. No company name on the email just that email address. It feels really strange getting threatened like that out of nowhere. I haven't paid anything and I'm not sure what to do.
