Dating app full of fake profiles and no help from the company

This dating app is full of fake profiles, asking for direct contact information, and the company behind it is not doing a thing about it. I have to pay to view a profile bio, or to open a message, and pay to reply, only to find out it's a fake profile. And when I point it out, I get insulted in Chinese.

The corporation doesn't want to do anything about it. It's a scam from the top down. They don't verify the identity of the subscriber, that way they can rake in the profile on the back of the legitimate ones. I lost about $200 on this.
