Paid for a photoshoot that got cancelled, never got my refund

I saw Ashley Maney Photography online and paid $60 for a photography session through PayPal. The session got cancelled, so she said she'd issue a refund.

She did start a refund on PayPal, but I never got the money. PayPal said it was because there were no funds in her account to send. She told me she would refund me once the money got sent back to her from PayPal.

That was the last I heard. She never followed up and I never got my $60 back. I tried the email [email protected] but got no response.
