Paid a deposit for hair and then got cancelled last minute

I found this woman on Instagram, her name is Ashonthebundles. She does weave and hairstyling and she has a booking site link in her bio so you can make appointments. I booked and paid a $64.50 deposit through that.

On the day of my appointment she asked me to come in at a different time, earlier than what I booked. I told her I couldn't make that earlier time and asked if she wanted to reschedule. She said yes but then she started fishing around asking if I could still come at the original time anyway. So that was confusing.

Then she decided to cancel the appointment 30 minutes before the time I was supposed to come in. So I'm out the deposit money and she kept it. Her phone number is (610) 780-5258 and the address she gave is 2939 Swede Rd in Norristown PA.
