Voicemail saying a complaint was filed against my Social Security number

I got a phone call from 831-288-5279 and they left a voicemail. It said “This message is solely intended for. Concerning a complaint being filed against your name and social security number to speak with a case manager please contact our offices at 844-391-1077 during normal business hours. This will serve as a final legal notice regarding your case. You have been notified.”

So I called the number they gave. A lady answered and said they are called Ask Reclining Associates. She wanted me to give her my Social Security number to move forward with the call. I said no and she told me they will come after me further if I don’t give them my info.
