Charged $55 out of nowhere five years after I contacted them

I contacted AskAnExpertOnline back in January 2021 to ask about ordering Ivermectin. They never helped me with that. Then, on February 19, 2026, I see a $55 charge from them on my credit card. Five years later.

I called the number on the transaction on February 21st. A man answered and said he would refund the $55, but that I owed a $99 cancellation fee. I told him I couldn't even get into the account. He sent a password reset, "cancel123", but I still can't log on to see if the account is closed.

Now I haven't gotten the $55 back, and they haven't charged the $99 either. I'm really angry this is happening. It's a scam to charge a recurring fee four years later. I might have missed a charge the year before, too. This needs to be stopped.
