Got tricked into a subscription I never wanted

I just went to DISH to get a technical question answered. They sent me to this service. I paid $5.00 to start and chatted with someone. Then I saw a $55 charge from them on my Credit Union statement.

I sent an email asking about it but nobody ever wrote back. The charge came out again the next month. So I called Askanexpertonline. They told me I had signed up for a subscription for $55 a month for three years. Nobody told me about that when I was on the chat.

I asked to cancel it and they said it would cost me $200 to cancel. I said no way. I had to cancel my debit card to stop it.
