Charged every month for a subscription I never signed up for

I got charged $128 by AskaVetOnline.com and I don't even know how they got my info. They said I signed up for a subscription but I never did that. I tried to get out of it and they just would not let me cancel.

Then they just kept charging me every month. I didn't sign up for anything and they took money right out of my account. Their website is AskaVetOnline.com and they are in St Louis, MO. I have no idea how this happened but it feels like identity theft.
