Ordered Neurocept and got a fake product with no refund

I ordered Neurocept from them and what showed up was clearly not the real thing. The product seems counterfeit honestly. I spent $692.51 on it.

They have a moneyback guarantee but when I tried to use it they just ignored me. No reply to my emails. I tried the email [email protected] and nothing. They have an address too at 18655 E 35th Dr #100 in Aurora CO 80011 but I dont know if thats even real.

I called the number they gave which is (302) 618-4094 and nobody picks up. So I'm out almost seven hundred bucks for a fake product and they wont honor their own guarantee.
